We currently ship to the US and Canada with complimentary shipping over CA $350. If you would like shipping outside of these countries, please contact us, for a tailored quote.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow for up to 48 hours for tracking to be updated with the shipping courier.

Free standard shipping over $350 CAD

Standard Shipping Estimates: 3-8 Business Days

Canada - $15 CAD

USA - $20 CAD

Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

Canada - $20 CAD

USA - $25 CAD

Duties and Taxes:

US and International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. While we realize the inconvenience and do apologize for this, these fees are out of our control and vary. We are not responsible for any fees that incur, refused packages, nor any possible delays in shipping due to customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Exchanges and Returns:

Due to the nature of our made to order production process, at this time we do not accept exchanges or returns. We are more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding sizing and fit. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to your order at studio@nuamacollectif.com. 

Each piece is carefully inspected, however if you have received the wrong item or in the unlikely possibility you received an item with defects, we apologize for the inconvenience, please send us an email with a description and pictures at studio@nuamacollectif.com.
